Ingredients:

2 Tsp Chia Seeds

1/2 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk

1/4 tsp Vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 handful of Wild Blueberries

6 slices of Kiwi

Recipe:

1.  In a small bowl, add 2 Tsp of Chia Seeds

2. Add 1/2 cup of Almond or Coconut Milk and mix really well.

3. Add vanilla and mix.

4. Add cinnamon and mix.

5. Cover and  place in refrigerator overnight.

6. Right before eating, add wild blueberries and kiwi and enjoy.

Other ingredients you can add in the morning:  cacao nibs, mixed nuts or seeds, unsweetened coconut
